Job Title: Digital and IT Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and IT Project Manager to join our team at GE Aviation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing software implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and implement software deployment projects at various customer work sites in Europe and Africa * Manage project budget and timeline, ensuring resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time * Primary customer contact for the duration of each project, handling correspondence, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Proactively provide customers with product and services information and project updates * Identify opportunities for customers to get the best value out of GE software * Translate customer needs into detailed project plans, driving internal execution to meet project targets * Manage a network of resources, including contractors, in support of project execution * Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy GE profitability requirements * Participate in the writing of reports that describe the results of a project * Ensure proper Lessons Learned exercises and contribute to the continuous improvement initiative * Participate in the development of proposals for projects * Ensure delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levels Required Qualifications: * Experience in Services & Digital Project Management * Previous experience in the software industry services with Telco or Electrical utilities customers * Good technical background with proven understanding of Windows/Unix/Container based systems and complex software development for real-time environments * Strong PC skills, including use of standard MS Office applications * Experience using PM and project planning software tools; P6 Project preferred * Strong understanding of accounting/financial principles with the ability to create and analyze financial and project reports * Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately and effectively manage project resources * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Proven sound negotiation and conflict management skills Additional Information: * Relocation assistance is not provided #LI-NB1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
