We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Biologics Platform Technologies team. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative biologics technologies that meet the needs of our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for biologics platform technologies, aligning with our company's overall R&D goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of scientists and engineers to design, develop, and commercialize novel biologics technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biologics technologies into our product pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biologics technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
What You'll Need
