Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review VAT returns and annual adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the wider team to assess partial exemptions and provide expert advice on VAT treatment.
- Prepare voluntary declarations for VAT and advise on liability queries related to deals and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in VAT or Indirect Tax, preferably in a Practice environment, with a strong understanding of VAT regulations and compliance.
- Currently operating at Assistant Manager capacity, looking for a step-up, or Manager seeking better progression routes.
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualified.

- A competitive base salary above market average, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000.
- A flexible work-from-home policy, with approximately 2 days per week in the office.
