This is a Group role, and the post holder will be responsible for overseeing Treasury Management matters. The post holder should have relevant experience in a similar role working in the construction and or house building sectors and be able to ensure tasks are being done in a timely, accurate manner with robust procedures developed and implemented.

This role has one direct report (Finance Support Officer) and should take an active role in supporting and assessing this individual's development, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

As a member of the Finance Management Team, the post holder should also play a wider leadership role within the team, acting as a mentor and modelling the business behaviours and values to support the development of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in House Building or Construction is highly desired, with a strong understanding of the industry's financial nuances.

• High level of understanding of VAT treatment in Construction, with the ability to navigate complex financial regulations.

• Contribute as a manager, role model the company values and behaviours, and drive business growth through effective financial management.
