About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Professional to join our team. As an Architectural Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and Development: Creating detailed drawings, plans, and construction drawings for various projects.
  • 3D Modelling and Visualizations: Developing 3D models and visualizations to communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Contract Administration: Managing contracts, specifications, and ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning laws.
  • Project Management: Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite, with excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and planning laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
