We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our Repairs team. This is a permanent full-time vacancy working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Joiner with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating competence in primary trade skills and possessing various multi-trade skills and experience.
  • Working in a customer-focused environment, meeting performance targets, and accurately recording data and information.
  • Working methodically, following procedures, and making decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Carrying out physical tasks, lifting weights, and operating safely in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Demonstrating the Guinness Behaviours and adhering to company policies.

Desirable qualifications include experience working within the social housing sector.

Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency and a full UK Driving License.

This role carries responsibility for providing emergency out-of-hours cover on a rotational basis.
