Head of Recruitment - The Role:
It is an exciting opportunity to define and lead the strategic direction for a new permanent recruitment division for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to define the business plan and strategic direction for the division
- Lead the division by developing relationships with clients and placing candidates into permanent vacancies
- Design and execute accurate and effective sales strategies, forecasts, and plans to facilitate achievement of set targets
- Manage existing customers to reduce attrition as well as actively seeking additional revenue opportunities
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role running a permanent recruitment division
- Experience and credibility selling bespoke recruitment services
- Previous success managing a team to achieve set targets
- Accurate sales forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
