Transformative Opportunity for an Experienced Executive Chef

Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our food operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our multi-outlet food operation, including our 3-rosette restaurant and conference & events menus.

About the Role

As Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind our culinary vision, modernizing and innovating our restaurant concept to stay ahead of the market while maintaining our hotel's unique style. You will also be responsible for creating fresh, vibrant small plate options for our daytime spa guests and evening casual dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented brigade of chefs, focusing on building, developing, and maintaining a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Manage food costs, payroll controls, and other financial aspects of the kitchen, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to create a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
