TED Administration and Compliance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Technology Enhanced Development team as a TED Administration and Compliance Facilitator. This exciting opportunity will support the ongoing development of our Totara Learning Management System, ensuring it remains up-to-date and provides accurate records and reports on training and education.

The successful candidate will take the lead on administration and compliance functions, managing a small team of administrators and ensuring sufficient course capacity is available to enable staff to maintain their mandatory and essential training compliance. They will provide accurate reports to support Managers and Subject Leads to maintain and improve training compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of administrators to ensure efficient and effective administration and compliance functions
  • Ensure the Totara Learning Management System is up-to-date and provides accurate records and reports on training and education
  • Provide accurate reports to support Managers and Subject Leads to maintain and improve training compliance
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Diploma or Apprenticeship in a relevant subject (e.g. Learning and Development, Business Administration/Management, CIPD etc.) or relevant experience
  • Evidence of ongoing relevant professional development (e.g. management and leadership)
  • Ability to contribute to team working and develop good working relationships with staff at all levels
  • Experience of working within a healthcare setting and/or education or compliance setting
  • Experience and knowledge of systems management using a learning management system (preferably Totara)
