We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Arora Group, a leading luxury hotel brand. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, providing a professional and personalized spa experience in our modern facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, in line with the Fairmont Windsor Park Spa Wellness Concept and Fairmont brand standards.
  • Providing exceptional guest care, ensuring that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
  • Working closely with the spa team to deliver top-notch wellness treatments and promote our spa services.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our spa products and services, including treatments, packages, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales of treatments and products, and to promote our spa services to guests.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Recognized certifications in spa therapy, preferably level 3 / 4 in facial and massage.
  • Dedicated to providing excellent guest care and a high level of customer service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
