Job Title: Pastoral Support Assistant

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Pastoral Support Assistant in a supportive and innovative Secondary School located in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea.

Job Details:
  • Contracted to start in September 2024 until July 2025 at the very earliest
  • Pay: £475.00-£525.00 per week, inclusive of holiday pay and paid on a weekly PAYE basis
  • Perfect opportunity for a Psychology Graduate pursuing a career in teaching and/or gaining experience for Clinical/Educational Psychology Courses
  • Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Downs Syndrome and other various Complex Needs
  • Opportunity to work closely with an Educational Psychologist and Speech and Language Therapist
  • Training and CPD available for all staff

This is a highly rewarding and challenging role that involves working with students from all years and often with those young people who are most vulnerable and in need of support. The school has a strong commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

We are looking for someone who is well organised, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has strong administrative skills and who relishes the challenge of working with young people.
