KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing and processing overdue invoices
  • Engaging with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding payments
  • Addressing and resolving inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Supporting the overall Credit Control operations as needed
  • Handling a designated portfolio of customer accounts and overseeing active accounts
  • Collaborating with the team to minimize average debtor days
  • Raising any pertinent issues to the relevant Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Recent and relevant experience in Credit Control
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
