The Role: Lead Kitchen Team Member
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or a highly motivated Commis Chef ready for their next step. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional quality fresh food in a welcoming atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
- Demonstrate a commitment to producing consistently delicious dishes that exceed guest expectations.
- Actively participate in menu development, contributing creative ideas and refining existing offerings.
- Maintain meticulous organization and control over food costs and labor management.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the kitchen team, promoting open communication and teamwork.
