Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a commercial contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mechanical plant, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
  • Perform plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers.
  • Manage and maintain BMS systems, including temperature monitoring.
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance, including logbook updates.
  • Work to planned preventative and reactive maintenance regimes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (recognised trade qualification or Time Served).
  • Qualified to work with central heating, water heaters, pipe work, unvented hot water, and HVAC systems.
  • Electrical knowledge and a full clean driving license are also required.
Package Details:
  • Basic salary of up to £38,000.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Company vehicle, fuel card, and full company uniform.
  • Competitive pension package.
