We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Unqualified Learning Support Assistant to join our team at EdEx. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and pupils in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the teacher and pupils in a classroom setting
  • Assist in the delivery of school syllabuses and contribute to the development of engaging lesson plans
  • Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and the well-being of pupils
  • Provide one-to-one support for pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
Person Specification
  • 1:1 or 2:1 degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with children, either personally or professionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open-minded and enthusiastic approach to education
