Position Overview
We are seeking several Financial Services Analysts to join our team, with opportunities available in our offices. This position will integrate into our existing Business As Usual (BAU) team, which is engaged in various IT and Business Change initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers within a large financial services organization, as we prioritize internal development and career advancement.
Applicants should possess prior experience in the financial services sector, as industry knowledge is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business units, IT departments, and strategic partners to identify, discuss, and finalize project requirements.
- Recommending optimal strategies to achieve business objectives utilizing diverse analytical methodologies.
- Interpreting legislative and regulatory modifications and assessing their implications on business operations while devising effective solutions.
- Producing clear and concise documentation to articulate requirements, potential solutions, and feasibility to various stakeholders.
- Assisting with business acceptance testing, ensuring testing plans are appropriate, and serving as the primary contact for inquiries or issues from the testing team.
- Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in a variety of information and data presentation techniques.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Able to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
