Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve nutritious, healthy meals that our Residents will love.
  • Provide outstanding support to our First Chef, taking charge in their absence.
  • Manage food stock, work within budget constraints, coach colleagues, and supervise kitchen clean-up.
About You

HC-One is seeking an Assistant Chef with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and a strong understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. We're looking for someone with brilliant energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. You'll be organized, meet deadlines, and present food attractively.
