Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the values of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise, enhancing the overall quality of education.
  • Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other events, maintaining open communication with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and QTS.
  • Experience teaching KS3, KS4, and KS5, with a strong understanding of the current curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Current DBS registration with the DBS Update Service or a current DBS check under our clearance procedures.
