Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at BES Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the success of our projects, focusing on detailed instrumentation and monitoring system specification and design, staff technical training, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Teams in preparing technical proposals and bids, providing initial technical designs for pricing purposes or reviewing their proposals.
- Support the Delivery team to ensure that installation and testing engineers and technicians are adequately trained.
- Liaise with the Software team as required, investigating and rectifying issues identified during the installation phase or while systems are in operation.
- Provide advice to clients based on monitoring data collected, answering their queries and aiding their understanding and usage of data and information provided.
- Attend customers' sites, providing exceptional customer service while representing our company professionally.
- A salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.

Requirements- An Engineering degree and Chartered status or equivalent.
- Substantial experience of structural monitoring systems.
- Significant experience of sensors and instrumentation.
- Significant experience with Data Acquisition systems and signals.
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot networks, PC, DAQs.
- Ability to read and design electrical drawings.
- CSCS Card.
- BSSM certified.
- Full Driving license.
