Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of customers' vehicles to accurately assess damage and prepare detailed estimates for body repairs. Your assessments will be critical in ensuring that all repairs are necessary and cost-effective.
  • Skillfully utilize the Audatex computerised estimating system to generate precise and efficient estimates, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and that customers receive accurate and fair pricing for the required repairs.
  • Maintain close communication with insurance engineers to secure timely authorization for repair work. Throughout the process, you will keep customers informed, ensuring they are involved in every step and fully understand the progress of their vehicle's repairs.

Requirements:

  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in using the Audatex System is crucial for success in this role, ensuring that you can efficiently prepare accurate repair estimates.
  • A proven track record of effective communication, particularly in liaising with both insurance engineers and customers, is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are a must. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
