We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Green Barks Search Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing and administering client accounts, and developing robust relationships with all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer client accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain client contact throughout the policy period to ensure their needs are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Claims team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Liaise with insurers, risk management, premium finance, and other third-party suppliers to deliver exceptional service
- Contribute to a fun and vibrant team environment

This is a hybrid role based in the Elgin area, offering the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.
