Your Role:

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in crafting delectable pastries, desserts, and afternoon tea experiences. You will lead your section with passion and expertise, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency are maintained at all times.

Your Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie with proven experience in a luxury hotel setting. Your expertise should encompass:

  • Previous experience in a 5* luxury hotel, specializing in afternoon tea and banqueting operations.
  • A strong understanding of chocolate work techniques and an appreciation for the intricacies of afternoon tea service.
  • The ability to effectively supervise and mentor junior chefs, fostering their growth and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within the team.
  • A proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
