About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Night Porter to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and the smooth operation of our pub and hotel throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and any other related tasks.
- Conduct regular room checks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Set up for breakfast service, including preparing the dining area and ensuring all necessary equipment is in working order.
- Perform health and safety checks and audits as required, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements
