Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial office contract based in South London, Surrey, Reading, and Slough area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests and control panel maintenance
  • Change ballast and monitor BMS systems
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update log books
Requirements:
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified - City and Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled and good communication skills
Package Information:
  • Basic Salary of up to £40,000
  • Call out and Monday - Friday 08:00 am - 17:00 pm working hours
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

  • Tablet & Work Phone Provided
  • Full company uniform
