Key Responsibilities:

Group Sales Ledger:

  • Develop and implement efficient sales invoicing processes across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and franchise clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Design and implement a robust inter-company invoicing process.
  • Manage invoicing processes for overseas subsidiaries.

Staff Support and Development:

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
  • Address staff inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Credit Control Performance:

  • Monitor and optimize credit control processes, including collections, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain medium-term inflow forecasting.
  • Analyze credit risk and recommend improvements to minimize bad debt.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Control Team and other stakeholders to optimize credit policies.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

  • Develop and maintain SLAs with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Resolve customer-related inquiries within agreed-upon timeframes.

Finance Systems Management:

  • Work with the Group Finance Controller and other stakeholders to develop and implement the usage of financial systems to support billings, collections, and payments.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance shared services or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (xlookup, sumifs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (Sage Intacct/Synergist).
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
