We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage our HR Operations team at Qualserv Consulting. This is a key role that will focus on delivering our Workforce Strategy, ensuring that our clients have the right people with the right capabilities, skills, and attitudes in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of operational HR support to our clients.
  • Provide strategic HR operational advice to our leadership teams to meet their strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Manage and develop the HR Operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct baseline assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address shortfalls in performance and capacity.
  • Develop and maintain partnership and joint working arrangements with other organizations to improve service delivery and realize financial savings.

Requirements:

  • Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
  • Significant post-qualification experience of working in human resources, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HR policies, trade union relations, and applying employment law.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing HR Operations teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
