About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client base, securing lending, protection, and general insurance business, and identifying opportunities to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a client base to secure lending, protection, and general insurance business
  • Maximise mortgage sales potential through proactive business development and securing new clients
  • Develop relationships with our estate agency team and other areas of the business to maximise lead and income generation
  • Work closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure cases move from application to completion in a timely fashion
  • Lead source from our branch network
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
  • Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages and protection
  • Subject to a DBS Check
  • Entrepreneurial approach to business
  • Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment
  • Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets
  • Ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments
  • Business development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
