About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Waterside Court care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and helping to create a warm and welcoming environment. You will work closely with our care team to deliver person-centred care and support, and help to promote the independence and dignity of our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will be a team player who is able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
