Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Guardian Carers. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Administer medication as required
• Provide mobility support and assistance with daily activities
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Encourage safe and engaging activities to promote mental and physical well-being
• Assist with household tasks and cooking meals

• Previous experience in care and support work
• Reliable and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
