We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, and Probate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, and Probate matters.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on Probate matters, Inheritance Tax issues, Trusts, and the drafting of Trust documents.
  • Draft Lasting Power of Attorney & Wills with supervision where necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of case handling.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide empathetic support throughout the legal process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling Probate matters, Inheritance Tax issues, Trusts, and drafting of Trust documents.
  • Ability to draft Lasting Power of Attorney & Wills with the necessary level of supervision.
  • A friendly and approachable manner, with a hard-working ethos.
  • Quick learning capabilities and self-motivation.
  • Technical competence and meticulousness, with a broad range of private client experience.
