About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our team at Fortus Recruitment. As a Carpenter Multi, you will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance tasks in domestic and social housing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out property maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of properties
  • Working with a Housing Association to provide high-quality maintenance services
  • Using a van provided by the company for work-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in domestic property maintenance and social housing
  • NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency
  • Full UK Driving License
