**The Role of Store Supervisor**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Supervisor to join our team at our Meadowhall store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager and Management teams to achieve store results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Management teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Provide training and coaching to Sales Consultants to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
