We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our team of 11 in delivering a first-class procurement function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and moulding processes, policies, and procedures to drive commercial success while providing exceptional value to our customers.

With a strong background in public sector procurement and a commercial mindset, you will be able to navigate the complexities of the public sector procurement landscape while driving business growth. Your analytical skills and ability to interpret data will enable you to make strategic recommendations that drive value across the board.

As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting your team to achieve high performance, while also working closely with our central procurement data team to identify opportunities for commercialisation and value creation. Your experience in procurement leadership, combined with your knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and processes, will be invaluable in shaping our procurement function.

We offer a collaborative and inclusive culture, with opportunities for long-term career development through formally recognised qualifications such as CIPS. Our line manager is experienced and down-to-earth, and will provide guidance and support to help you succeed in your role.

Key responsibilities include:
