As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist within our dedicated servicing team, you will manage various loan portfolios for multiple clients, executing a range of post-completion servicing tasks in accordance with service level agreements, established procedures, and current regulations.

Our clientele includes banks, specialized lenders, and private equity firms, with customers ranging from individuals to partnerships, SPVs, and Limited Companies.


Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional service consistently, ensuring compliance with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • Processing information requests within agreed service levels.
  • Managing financial transactions within the servicing system.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mortgage or lending sector.
  • Basic understanding of buy-to-let mortgages and specialized finance in the UK.
  • Familiarity with the regulations governing the financial services industry.
  • Strong customer service background.
