Quality Control Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Absolute Taste Inflight team as a Night Quality Control Assistant. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation before it reaches our elite clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock kitchen and QC packaging areas for the next day's operations.
  • Prepare fresh juices and smoothies according to specific order requirements.
  • Conduct final checks on all food items, ensuring correct packaging and presentation.
  • Manage and lead a team of 3 Night Quality Control Packers.
  • Analyze food quality and feedback, and develop action plans with the Head Chef.

About the Role:

As our Night Quality Control Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of our food products. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the operations team to ensure that all food meets the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of food and allergens, ideally at a sous chef level.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality control processes.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential.
