Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Weekend Sales Associate to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, and maintaining a high level of visual standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through teamwork and adherence to our brand values
  • Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
  • Motivate and support the sales team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets
  • Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to ensure they meet their performance goals
  • Ensure strong visual standards across the store, including merchandise displays and store appearance
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of the stockroom
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in working to and driving sales targets within retail, as well as strong customer service skills. You will also need to be a team player, supporting the management team where needed, and have experience in managing a team on the shop floor.
