Are you a passionate social worker looking for a new challenge in children's services?

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to join our team in North Yorkshire, working with a leading local authority that is dedicated to empowering families and providing the best care for children.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while being part of a dedicated and supportive team. As a children's social worker, you will work directly with children and young people to ensure their care plans are successfully progressed. You will also:

  • Promote family relationships where it's safe, helping children understand their experiences and why they became cared for
  • Collaborate with resource workers to complete the life story work for children and young people, helping them make sense of their journey

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:

  • A BSc in Social Work or equivalent
  • Social Work England registration
  • At least 1 year of experience in a children's social work setting
