Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Commission Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Fire Alarm Commission Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of fire alarm and associated systems, as well as commissioning fire alarm and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of fire alarm and associated systems
  • Undertake commissioning of fire alarm and associated systems
  • Work within the electrical sector, utilizing knowledge of electrical circuits and measuring devices
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the electrical sector
  • Working knowledge of electrical circuits and measuring devices
  • Ability to maintain accurate records

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Travel time paid after first 15 minutes
  • Overtime: Weekdays x1.5 paid after 8 hours (including travel, minus first 15 minutes)
  • Overtime: Saturday x1.0
  • Overtime: Sunday/BH/Nights x2.0

  • 32 days holiday allowance, plus additional days after 2 years' service
