At Brown & Brown (Europe), we are experiencing significant growth, supported by a highly skilled management team dedicated to client satisfaction and employee welfare. This position is crafted to assist clients with their daily needs, including mid-term adjustments, document inquiries, and renewal assessments, while also aiding Account Executives in preparing for renewals and generating new business quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with renewals and new business quotations, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Proactively cultivate a referral pipeline from existing clients to drive new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance and broaden their coverage, ensuring they have adequate protection.
- Coordinate with the broking and support teams to guarantee the accuracy of all documentation.
- Engage in negotiations with Underwriters as necessary to secure optimal terms.
- Maintain compliance and timeliness in all case management.
Work closely with the regional management team to meet business goals and assist in the professional development of colleagues.

- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, complemented by a diverse skill set that includes negotiation, sales, and IT capabilities.
