About the Role

Cubis Systems is a leading provider of innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Tallington site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the local Operations Manager and team in improving safety, developing people, quality, and plant processes.
  • Lead and manage business improvement projects and installations.
  • Collaborate with production engineers to enhance manufacturing processes, material flow, and automation projects.
  • Support the leadership team with project management and development of the plant's infrastructure and growth.
  • Develop and implement lean concepts with the assistance of the manufacturing engineering team.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and improve the Tallington plant and wider business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Process trouble shooting and development support - Quality & Environmental.
  • Other projects as defined appropriate, including CRH-based initiatives.
Requirements
  • High level IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and digital communications tools.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute actively to projects.
  • Desirable experience in injection moulding or compression moulding.
  • Education to Degree level, or equivalent, in an engineering discipline (Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering).
