Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors on transport-related projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.
  2. Provide procurement and strategy advice to clients, leveraging your expertise in infrastructure projects.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements
  1. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a focus on infrastructure and transport.
  3. Experience working within a UK construction consultancy, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors.
