Salary: £46,000 - £47,000
Shift Pattern: Double Days (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm)
Benefits:
- Wealth of overtime opportunities available paid at 1.5x on Saturday and 2x on Sunday.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Hinckley facility. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance on our CNC Drilling machines, Automated Bandsaws, Presses, Shrink Wrappers, and Conveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Conduct fault-finding and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Work with our team to implement process improvements and optimize production.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Multi-skilled with a strong bias towards mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- CNC experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Level 3 qualification in maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D) or equivalent.
