About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Engineer to join our Flood and Water Management team at our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drainage solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement drainage strategies that minimize flood risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Model and review existing drainage networks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct flood risk assessments and develop effective solutions to mitigate flood risk.
  • Design and implement SuDs (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) from concept to implementation.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the design and implementation process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in drainage engineering, with a strong understanding of local authority and private sector requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of SuDs design, including attenuation and public realm projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including drainage detail design and flood risk assessment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with regular visits to our London office.
