Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Consultant / Property Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend site visits to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of properties.
  • Take meter readings and manage utility services.
  • Coordinate the delivery of supplies and materials to site.
  • Organize move-in packs for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Liaise with builders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Order and manage supplies and materials.
  • Accompany clients on viewings and provide a positive experience.
  • Liaise with utility companies to set up new services and connections.
  • Perform general maintenance duties across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
  • A valid full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, 8:30am - 6:00pm.
