Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Consultant / Property Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend site visits to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of properties.
- Take meter readings and manage utility services.
- Coordinate the delivery of supplies and materials to site.
- Organize move-in packs for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Liaise with builders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Order and manage supplies and materials.
- Accompany clients on viewings and provide a positive experience.
- Liaise with utility companies to set up new services and connections.
- Perform general maintenance duties across the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- A valid full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, 8:30am - 6:00pm.
