Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working independently or as part of a team to deliver our store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience on the shop floor and at service points, prioritizing customer needs above tasks.
  • Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation, availability, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a winning team, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
