We are a dedicated organization making a difference in the lives of survivors. Our Wellbeing and Therapy Teams are at the heart of this mission, and we are seeking two passionate Department Leads to join our teams in Ipswich, covering Suffolk and Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Wellbeing Team and the Therapy Team, driving transformative change in the lives of survivors.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the wellbeing and therapy services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and inclusivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing and therapy services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
