About the Role:

As a Junior Application Support, you'll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and providing exceptional customer service to your colleagues, relating to the company's ERP system. You will be responsible for:

  1. Acting as the first point of contact for all issues relating to the ERP system
  2. Demonstrating to colleagues how to access information on the ERP system
  3. Providing remote and deskside support to colleagues
  4. Delivering outstanding customer service to non-technically minded colleagues, listening to requests or issues, and responding within the agreed SLA time frames
  5. Supporting a wide range of customers, from colleagues in Engineering, Finance, and HR

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  2. Background in either engineering or manufacturing sector
  3. A desire to develop technical skills and continue their learning and development

This position is suitable for someone with experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector, who is looking for a technical role. Due to the location, having access to a vehicle for daily commuting to the office is essential.
