About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
