Aftersales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Aftersales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Aftersales department, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Aftersales inbox, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Enter orders into our system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
  • Follow up with customers and internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop/Despatch department to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
