About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our team at CarSupermarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the repair and refinishing of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and refinish vehicles to the highest standards, using a range of techniques and materials.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle repair and refinishing techniques, including the use of advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, to improve efficiency and quality.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Extensive experience in vehicle repair and refinishing, with a strong background in bodyshop operations.
• Excellent technical skills, including the ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A full driving license, with the ability to travel to different locations as required.
